C# Fundamentals Updated Again

Speaking of Pluralsight, I released an update to my C# Fundamentals course in April and I'm just now catching up with the annoucement. The course is focused on the C# language, but I decided to use .NET Core and Visual Studio Code when recording the update. Now, you can follow along on Windows using Visual Studio, but you could also follow along on Linux or macOS using any text editor.
